The Active Duty Military Academycivilian Staff Sports Fitness Present Situation And The Countermeasures

Civil personnel have been playing more and more important roles in Chinesemilitary academies. Their adaptive capacity towards military environment may beinfluenced by the physical ability and activity, therefore influencing the practicaleffect of civil personnel system on military academy. Also it’s helpful to introducesuch an effective aided motivation method beyond traditional material incentive byimproving the physical environment of civil personnel in military academy,making the group more cohensive and fightable.As a positive investigation and attempt for developing a suitable physicalexercise system for civil personnel in military academy, this dissertation focuseson the characteristics of civil personnel in the PLA, analyzes the situation of sportspopulation among the civil personnel in military academies incorporating boththeorial and practical researching methods, then finds out some typical problemsand accordingly proposes some feasible advice.This dissertation statistically analyzes the survey results on eight representativemilitary academies, obtains the situation of sports population among the civilpersonnel in military academies, including the situation of physical knowledge,physical excises participants, overall physical environment and physicalconsumption. Furthermore, this dissertation summarizes kinds of factors whichmay influence the physical activity of civil personnel in military academies, and proposes some profitable advice such as spreading physical knowledge propaganda,organizing target-oriented physical sports, establishing and improving theinvestigation institution of physical population, and guiding rational physicalconsumption.
