Culture Construction Strategies Research Of The Quality Of College Education

The quality of education is the one of the forefront issues in the higher educationresearch. As higher education increasely plays a key role in the knowledge economy,countries in the world present new standards and requirements and increase researchefforts on the quality of higher education. The quality of education is the lifeblood ofthe University. To guarantee and improve the quality of university education, we muststrengthen the quality of cultural construction of the University. The culture ofuniversity quality is an important part of university quality assurance and the forefrontissue of current educational theory.Quality culture is a kind of management philosophy from enterprise and played acertain role in promoting the development of enterprises. This paper attempts toelaborate the problem of the quality of university education to the point of view ofquality culture which includes five parts: concepts, structure and function of universityquality culture, the performance of lack of quality culture, then propose somecountermeasures from different angles.
