Increase of the Li nationality traditional sports culture researchand utilization of Hainan Province, to strengthen the construction of socialist spiritualcivilization, the development of socialist culture, have very important sense. On theconstruction of the Hainan province socialism spiritual civilization and promote developmentand prosperity of socialist culture, and to promote and develop our country’s sports culturewill play an important role in.In June22,2010, in the establishment of Hainan international tourism island situation,the national development and Reform Commission approved the construction developmentplan in put forward clearly: Hainan will actively develop cultural and sports industry,focusing on cultivating sports and leisure sports, leisure convalescence, ethnic culturaltourism products.
