In recent years,as the guarantee migrant children education rightsand interests,our country has issued a series of important policies andregulations.Shanghai will migrant children obligation education into thelocal education career development plan since2007,according todefined by the government management as the public primary andsecondary schools to full-time,give priority to principle,to providecompulsory education migrant children. The national publication of thenational long-term education reform and development plan for(2010-2020) should be made to ensure that migrant workers childrenaccept compulsory education equality in2010. To this, Shanghaieducation department said to fulfil obligation education with migrantworkers live children three years action plan,and ensure that allchildren are living with migrant workers can accept compulsoryeducation for free.At present, most migrant children has entered the city publicschools, however,with migrant workers live children access to publicschool status? Whether new education environment helps migrantchildren learning and comprehensive quality improvement or not? Fora lot of public school migrant children how to improve the efficiency ofmanaging schools,do out of school characteristics,better service formigrant children? This a series of problems,become social and the erahave entrusted to our new topic. We should not only make childrenhave a chance to live with migrant workers enjoy equal education withcity children conditions, and they build a harmonious socialenvironment,fair campus environment and family environment,so thatthey can enjoy fair education in fact.The migrant workers live with children as the research object,in themost urban and rural education can reflect the fusion status of public school education as the research content,from on the whole city to theeducation problem migrant children were discussed. The author mainlythrough school principals,teachers,parents and migrant children andits local students questionnaires and depth interview,research society,school,family of migrant children education process of influence.Based on the questionnaire and depth interview, to migrantchildren receive free compulsory education comprehensiveencountered in the process of some difficulties and problems, thinkanalysis,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures andSuggestions: to further improve academic performance migrantchildren, make its healthy development, to build good let migrantchildren rapid melt into the city children of collective socialenvironment, the school actively explore accord with thecharacteristics of the migrant children education teaching methods,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,further strengthen thepsychological health education work,improve public school educationquality of migrant children obligations. The government, schoolcommunity and education departments,various work,further arousethe attention of migrant children parents education consciousness,improve education quality migrant children family.
