In recent years,Chinese private higher education development is rapid。Highereducation has emerged as an important power。 The key to the development ofnon-governmental higher colleges is to establish a good quality,reasonable structure,incentive efficiency,stable aspirant of teacher-scholars,and to establish such ateachers, private higher institutions shall formulate scientific and reasonableperformance evaluation system of teachers, reasonable design effective performanceevaluation content and evaluation procedures and assessment method。At present,ourprivate universities teacher evaluation system mainly divided into examinationsubjects,the evaluation index and result applied three parts, including examinationsubjects into teaching supervision,assessment team,work colleagues and studentsfour classes。The evaluation index is divided into teaching attitude,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching effects of several major categories。The assessmentresults is mainly applied to reward analysis and personnel adjustment。 Carefulanalysis these private higher colleges,the evaluation system can be found there existin evaluation system, lack of scientific index design student evaluation,evaluationweights lack of fairness,lack of rationality assessment results lack of application ofsuch issues,while the current with quarterly summary,annual summary,democraticcomments as the main contents of the assessment way cannot reflect the trueachievement,has gradually lost the proper incentive value。There are produced theseproblems,which are four main reasons: i.e. private universities lack of performancemanagement concept managers, simple imitation of universities and colleges ofundergraduate course exam system;The rigid management system with backward,thelack of effective teachers’ motivation and restraint mechanism, Insufficientinvestment。 In order to improve and optimize private higher education sectorperformance evaluation system of teachers,change the existing in the performanceevaluation of injustice, unreasonable, inadequate, the current problems ofnon-governmental higher colleges should launching the following job: from theperspectives of reality, clear non-state-run university teachers’ performanceevaluation principle,making reasonable performance evaluation system;From theteacher reality,constructing perfect performance evaluation index system of teachers;Strengthen the relevant security system construction, promote non-state-run university teachers effective implementation of performance evaluation system。...
