The Research On Cultural Management Of Ideological And Political Education For Vocational College Students

From the perspective of principles of management, university management has gone from experience management, system management to cultural management. At present, the management of most of universities is still in the stage of system management, even the stage of experience management. According to the development of university and social environment, the management state is needed to change from the present experience management and system management to cultural management.Ideological and political education management is the major management of universities. University management is also facing the problem of change from experience management, system management to cultural management. In this paper, the suggestion of change of ideological and political education management of vocational college students in China was presented.Firstly, the connotation of cultural management in universities was discussed. Particularly, the relationship between the university cultural management and cultural development was pointed out. They were interrelation but also differences. Particularly, it is very important to change the university management into cultural management.Secondly, the problems of the current university management were pointed out. According to the characteristics of vocational college students, it is necessity to implement the cultural management in universities, particularly in vocational universities in China.Finally, the characteristics, methods and means of cultural management in China’s Vocational Universities were discussed based on the characteristics of vocational college students and the experience of university cultural management.
