The article mainly adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and expert interview and other research methods. Now, the most important task is to develop track and field reserves to prevent talent faults.2. The main performance of Fujian athletics in the national track and field are the short span and jumping in which we have won the prize of gold and silvers. It is worth mentioned that in the11th the games we have made breakthrough by gaining gold award for the first time.3. In the national track and field of all kinds, Fujian athletes always take part in the match of the short, jump project. Short, jump project is traditional advantage of track and field project of Fujian.4. Through the last three games of fujian province track and field athletes (16-17years old) age group competition result compared and analyzed, we can concludedthat all over the city in fujian province track and field development level is not balanced, achievement gap is bigger, with the case in which quanzhou, xiamen, fuzhou, the three pillars of the situation.5. The grades of young age group in Fujian track and field competition, compared with the results of the national teams of young age group, sprint, jumping and national level remained fair, even some short jump results to be good in project level. And other project performance with the national level has large difference, and lack of competitiveness.6. The regional distribution of Fujian track and field of men and women reserve force is uneven. The scores in coastal areas is obviously better than that in the interior. It has something to do with the management of the economy and attention of different areas.
