Study On The Science And Technology Service Team Of Chinese Women’s National Football Team

When prepared Guangzhou Asian Games and qualifying tournament of London Olympic Games, Chinese women’s national football team was equipped with science and technology service team to keep the team’s trainings scientific by Chinese Football Association. In order to make the science and technology service team to help sport teams better, the author studied the creation and implementation of the science and technology service team of Chinese women’s national football team by the use of the method of literature review, observation, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey, and data statistics. By study, we have got the main conclusions as follow:1. The science and technology service team of Chinese women’s national football team includes function monitoring team, medical service team, technical analysis team, nutrition team and psychological counseling team. In the structure of organization, the science and technology service team staff always changes and the time of engaging in relevant work is short, the science and technology service team staff is less, especially the number of women staff. The staff is fixed on by Chinese football assosiation indirectly, so the qulity of staff cannot be ensured. In addition.As for service time, psychological counseling team’s service time is less.2. In the service measures, the instruments and equipments which Chinese Football Association provided were not enough and advanced; and the organization service for technical analysis team is not enough.3. Science and technology service team’s tasks are completely decided by Chinese football assosiation, so they are not very logical. At the same time, there is no working systerm.4. In the implementation and results, function monitoring team and the medical service team did not establish the file of players’function test data and injuries, so it can’t help the future work. Technical analysis team didn’t play a role of technical analysis. Nutrition team did not well in introducing the importance and the safety of nutritional filling water and supplements, leading players to reject the nutritional filling water and supplements.5. In the degree of needs for science and technology service team, Chinese Football Association management department, coaches and players are highly need of medical service team. In addition, the coaching staff also needs a long-term professional nutritionist with team; players did not need the nutritional filling water and functional nutrition supplements. But, the players need a long-term psychological consultant.6. In satisfaction assessment for science and technology service, science and technology service team’s job basically reached the expected effect. There is no communication between science and technology service team and coaches. Players’satisfaction for the injury prevention before training and game, helping players relax after game, adjusting the menses and relieving dysmenorrheal is quite high. And players’satisfaction for the adjustment of players’psychological state is relatively low.
