Contemporary China higher education development is the core of the quality ofhigher education, and higher education quality problem is the personnel training qualityproblems of the higher education. Along with higher education play a vital role in thecommunity, at the same time on the quality of higher education standards andrequirements are changed, and the quality of higher education research should beincreased. Western humanism has a long history, and humanism as a tradition in theWest, it has always been throughout the development of west education, and it has aprofound and extensive influence for west education. The development of education thatmeet people’s physical and mental also play a key role in the development of highereducation in China, humanistic education thought that based on the humanistic has agreat impact in theory and practice of higher education in China.This paper used by literature law, to research the quality of higher educationsystem from the perspective of humanism. This papers takling about higher educationquality of theory, and discusses the connotation of humanisyic connotation education,by reading the humanistic education thought, the author tries to research highereducation quality from the humanism perspective, concern and make attention of humandevelopment and demand, made higher education quality of nature view、 generatedview and improved view, in order to guide higher education practice, and make thefoundation for improving higher education quality.This article is divided into four sections:The first part, first of all, the author explained the purpose and significance of thisresearch in the introduction, carding a bit on the quality of higher education research,and the through the analysis of domestic and international discussion on humanism andhumanistic educational thought research, defined the quality, quality of higher educationand humanism concept and the scope of the study.The second part, in the first place explained the higher education quality theoryfrom functions of higher education and meaning interpretation, management andassessment of the quality of higher education quality, and then explain the humanismeducation theory. The third part, interpreted the core content of humanistic higher quality education,and disscussed mainly from the humanistic essence, generation view and and evaluationof higher education quality.The fourth part, this section put forward improvement view of humanism higereducation quality based on front research. To improve learning、teaching、leadership andmanagement are the fundamental of higer education quality improvement.
