Experimental objection: In this article, explored the different types of exercise on theWistar rat skeletal muscle in effect of oxidative stress and MMP, IL-6and Caspase, observeddifferent types of Wistar rat skeletal muscle oxidative stress and changes in these proteinsafter six weeks exercise, which to investigate the movement of these indicators and analysishow to provide a theoretical basis for a more comprehensive understanding of the impact onskeletal muscle exercise in oxidative stress and related proteins.Experimental methods:With306-week-old Wistar rat, then pick out accidentally of6as control groups. The rest of24mice as the exercise group were randomly divided into threegroups:8for endurance exercise group,8for the resistance exercise group and8for thecombined exercise group. Within24hours after the end of six week campaign, take the micequickly and acquire the muscle, weighed, numbered, placed in Eppendorf tubes, frozen inliquid nitrogen at-80℃refrigerator. Then determined the diaphragmatic muscle proteinconcentration of the test method with masse protein, nitrite, total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), and the total hydrosulfide standard micro plate method. The data obtained using themean±standard deviate manifestation (Mean±SD). The differences among the groups wereall analysis by SPSS13.0statistical software.Experimental results:1.6weeks with treadmill training, the diaphragmatic quality of the endurance group, minimum the diaphragmatic quality of the combination group. Both types of exercise have agreater impact on the rat diaphragm quality. Diaphragm protein concentration of the combinedexercise group exist significant differences, the combination of movement significantlyreduces the diaphragm protein concentration, protein synthesis showed that the combinationof movement, has no significant impact.2.Three types of movement extend the capacity of diaphragm antioxidant, whichendurance and resistance group is the most obvious. Significant differences of effects ofhydrogen peroxide in mice was combined exercise group, the combination of movementincrease the mouse diaphragm hydrogen Peroxide value obviously and increased the damageto cells. Above that research, endurance exercise and resistance exercise significantly increased the antioxidant capacity of mice.3. There is no significant difference in three types of movement in rat diaphragm matrixmetalloproteinase-1, each movement has a good adaptation and did not produce the greattissue degradation. Among these three types of movement, there are some differences in thecombination group in the diaphragm interleukin-6, no significant difference in three types ofmovement in diaphragm Caspase-3, which indicate that combinations of movement comparedto the other two types of movement, cause the injury to diaphragm.Experimental conclusion: According to this experimental research, we can speculate thatthe endurance exercise and resistance exercise on skeletal muscle have a great impact tooxidative stress skeleton muscle, which also significantly enhances the antioxidant capacity ofrat and produce a good adaptation of the rat body while also be seen that more reasonable inthese two interventions. In these three types of movement, the combination of exercise andendurance exercise have the greatest effect on this protein of matrix metalloproteinase-1.These two campaigns have reduced the value of this protein to produce a protective effect onthe organization. In terms of the impact to the protein of interleukin-6, the combination ofmovement has the greatest effect among the three types of movement which increasing thevalue of this protein that can be caused some damage to the mouse diaphragm. While at thesame time, on impact of Caspase-3, also was the combination of movement. Based on theabove analysis, comparing these two interventions with combined exercise, latter is the mostreasonable which the rat body also produce good adaptation. Movement and theunderstanding of oxidative stress and sports related to protein provide the basis for the furtherdevelopment of interventions to protect the rat from avoiding function decline caused byoxidants. Also provided a basis of scientific exercise program and theoretical for makingexercise prescriptions with more reasonable and safer, effective ways.
