Research About The Effect Factors And Development Countermeasures Of The Popularity Of Hunan Province’ Mass Volleyball

Guiding by the strategic thought of "the rise of the central region", Hunan’s political, economic and cultural all have the great-leap-forward development in recent years. The living standards of the people continues to improve, leisure time increase and fitness consciousness gradually increases, mass sports movement in the wind in Hunan province. However, the development Hunan province’ mass volleyball is endless flexibly in many mass sports, and well behind the basketball and football, which is also one of the "three big ball". Based on this, this research using the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method and statistics methods, and so on, to simply descript the status of Hunan province’s mass volleyball and analyze the factors which is the long-term impact on the promotion of Hunan province’s mass volleyball. In the end of this paper, it discusses how to promote the popularization of the Hunan province’s mass volleyball movement in order to provide the reference for the development of the Hunan province’s mass volleyball.The Research found that the overall situation of the mass volleyball in Hunan province is not optimistic. Volleyball is not acceptable to the masses. The proportion of participating in volleyball regularly is low in the questioned crowd. The main purpose of Hunan people participating in volleyball is to physical fitness, preventing disease and leisure entertainment. The enterprise or the unit of business is a mass organization of the volleyball movement subject. The form of the mass volleyball is relatively single, the content is not abundant enough and the Hunan province’s people are not very satisfactory to the volleyball guidance. This research thinks that the popularity of Hunan province’s mass volleyball affect by economic and policy, culture, volleyball characteristics, participants, the mass media and other reasons. It affects also by the "valuing literature while ignoring" of Hunan province’s all kinds of school and the enterprise or the unit of businesses "unit complex" and "at his". Finally, this paper puts forward related Suggestions for the popularity of the mass volleyball in Hunan province. It is:(1) to strengthen the sports facilities construction and solidify the develop mass volleyball material base;(2) pay full attention to the mass media and take use of it, emphasize the mass volleyball’s entertaining;(3) to keep pace with the times, adjust measures to local conditions, the plan implement public sports legislation;(4) strengthen the social sports instructor training, Hunan province for mass volleyball provides the technical support (5)support the volleyball club development, to speed up the volleyball association at all levels and grassroots volleyball organization construction;(6)close contact with the community sports, perfect mass volleyball competition model.
