Social sports professionals to adapt to China’s sports industry, thepublic health services the needs of sports expertise the Ministry ofEducation included in the catalog of undergraduate teaching, but because theprofessional construction time is shorter, the pace of development and scalefaster, resulting in a talent "export" and can not be a satisfactory outcome,the reason is caused by the imperfections of the personnel training system.Thus, through questionnaires, literature searching and logical analysis,research methods, the system involved in the training objectives of oursociety sports professionals training, train direction, curriculum and teachingpractice were investigated and analyzed, and10more as early start-up socialinstitutions of the sports professional training program modeled on the caseanalysis.The results showed that: the rapid pace of development and distributioninstitutions covering a broad area, the personnel training system ill-prepared;training objectives to be very chaotic, covering the complex talent”,the"special talent applied talents"; curriculum does not do the same, thedifference between the proportion of theory courses and practical classes,does not reflect the multi-class, primary school "feature; more trainingdirection, Fitness and guidance" and "sports management and managementin both directions, teaching conditions can basically meet the teaching needs,but there are some institutions of teaching and learning conditions can not be required to meet the basic teaching; teachers unsatisfactory, more than anyother professional "career change" Lord, to the professional quality ofteaching can not be guaranteed; teaching and social Practice is weak, thepoor result in the student’s ability to adapt to society.Recommendation: strict control of the professional growth rates, todayrun by professional institutions and root out the potential, constantly enrichthe school content, outstanding school characteristics; to promote theimplementation of the social sports professional norms, unified professionaldevelopment goals, prominent geographical features; change curriculum, inthe ratio of the equilibrium theory courses and practical classes at the sametime, to embody the characteristics of the primary school curriculum, andmore hours a clear orientation of training, to establish the direction andgoal of fitness and guidance, the sports industry, and management" and othercontent; plus investment, continuous improvement of teaching conditions;adhere to the hierarchical culture simultaneously with the introduction offaculty development mechanism; play the role of the school grounds,school-enterprise chain belt, and constantly improve students’ Practice.
