A Study On Identity Of Socialist Core Value System Among "post-90s" Undergraduates

The socialist core value system is the essence of socialist ideology, the foundationof Harmonious Culture and the spiritual life and soul of the socialist system.Therefore, we should follow the requirement of spirit of the17th Party Congress, andintegrate the socialist core value system into the entire process of the nationaleducation and spiritual civilization construction. Effective way of leading the socialthoughts with the socialist core value system should be actively explored,andattraction and cohesion of socialist ideology should be strengthened.“post-90s” university students have become a new generation of power of collegesand universities in china. Because of their origin in china’s rapid development ofeconomy in the period of social transformation, their concept of thought, life style andvalue choice are apparently different from their predecessors. Faced this kind ofsituation, our ideological and political education of college students should be madeaccording to the “post-90s” characteristics. Socialist core value system education ofthis special group should be made well through innovating teaching contents, methodsand means, thus enhancing their identity of this value system.In this paper, based on the questionnaire data, how “post-90s” university studentsidentify with the socialist core value system is analysed Particularly, problems oftheir recognition to the value system are pointed out. And specific principles andmeasures of promoting them to this value system are put forward.in my opinion,there are one-sidedness of recognition, unbalance of emotion recognition,divorcebetween behavior identity and emotion recognition of their recognition to the valuesystem, as a result of factors of society, school, family, and individual aspects. Toenhance recognition of “post-90s” university students to the socialist core valuesystem,the principles must be followed: combination of dominance anddiversity,combination of theory and practice,combination of school education andself education, combination of ideal and reality. Specific countermeasures should betaken are included. focusing on the role of ideological and political theory course asthe main channel, strengthening the construction of college campus culture, fullydevelop the basic role of social practice education,striving to build the networkplatform of core value education.
