Do this research is significative, because it can provide some academic reference for establishing uniform standard which suits for the characteristic of the secondary vocational schools.The main purpose is to find the factors which may impact the organizational standard of staff in secondary vocational schools. And then do the statistical analysis to get the exact factors.In the course of the study, first we search the policy about organizational standard of staff in secondary vocational schools, and find out the possible influencing factors including:types of specialty, types of course, grade of school, areal diversity, size of school, student-teacher ratio, student-staff ratio, size of class, workload of teacher, organization, amount of the school leaders and part-time teachers. Second according to the factors make a questionnaire about the organizational standard of staff in secondary vocational schools do the investigating in the administration of some secondary vocational schools, then do some statistical analysis to explore whether the factors can influence the organizational standard of staff. Finally we can gain the conclusion.The research find out that five kinds of factors can influence the organizational standard of staff:the types of specialty is related to the size of class and student-staff ratio.It is one of the factors which can influence the organizational standard of staff,and it is also the factor which should be confirmed firstly;The relation gene about person’s amount includes student-staff ratio, student-teacher ratio, size of school, size of class and types of course, which will influence the organizational standard of staff. And the student-staff ratio is the pivotal standard;The workload gene includes the workload of teacher, workload of manager and workload of service people, which is related to the student-staff ratio directly; The organization gene includes organization and amount of the school leaders, which will influence the student-staff ratio;Part-time teachers share the workload of teacher, which also can influence the organizational standard of staff.
