Now, graduation human base straight up, but the employment rate fell down. In order to solve this problem, we should promote students entrepreneurial employment. First of all, improve college students’business education quality. Through the system and complete business education to cultivate a pioneering consciousness of the modern college students during the period of school, let them to have the complete business skills. Encourage business and let business venture drive in both venture and employment. Improve the employment of college graduates and promote the development of the whole society. Guangxi has already issued many business policies and measures to support college students’business education, but there are still many problems. In view of the current status of business education in universities of Yong, it is a necessary and very meaningful work to in-depth analysis and research on its problems.This paper mainly adopts literature collection, questionnaire, interview and other ways. On the basis of analysis the development of college business education and the present situation at home and abroad, the college business education effectiveness theory is based on the need for achievement motivation theory and fuzzy mathematics theory. College students, full-time business education teacher and college students with entrepreneurial experience respectively as a research object, respectively, using random sampling survey to survey in three universities Yong of Guangxi. Carry out a circumstance of the current entrepreneurial education in Colleges in Yong, know Yong’s college business education performance status, and to analyze the impact of business education efficiency reasons:business education consciousness is thin, the formalism is serious, business education goals are not clear, business education teachers are shortage, lack of "double teachers", etc. According to the Delphi method to get business education efficiency of the index system, and use application of the fuzzy mathematical model to verify the feasibility of the business education efficiency index system. According to the Yong’s business education efficiency and the index system validation, put forward the feasible countermeasures:Set up the right business concept, establish new college business education training target. Reform the way of business education, promote the entrepreneurial education development. The government reform venture education support policy, actively supporting the college business education. Strengthen the cooperation between colleges and enterprise, rich the way of business education teaching. Suitable for the development of business education form of campus environment, change the business education status from campus culture; College students change their ideas and the professional limitations, exercise their own ability in many aspects abilities. To innovate the business education of universities’effectiveness evaluation mechanism, timely monitoring the implementation effect of college business education.
