Due to the currents of globalization and diversity occurred during the90th century20, from the Korean society that is closed to the outside world which is graduallyopen the society. After1992, Korea and China has built the Ambassador’sRelationship, the big money crisis in1997, the Korean society has accelerated to moreopen the country. According to the changes in this period, the main causes come fromthe solution of the economic crisis which would like the foreign investors turn to moreinvest in Korea. Thus, it turns to pay attention the investment of overseas Chinese andthe Internet. This interest starts from the economic advantages of overseas Chinesearound the world. After that, it is gradually turning their attention to the academicstudy of Chinese in Korea. In fact, the research about the overseas Chinese in theacademic society has begun on the decade of the70-80th century already, but theview from direction of research, the In-depth research of the90th century is thecentury of the growing up for overseas Chinese in Korea. Nowadays, the researchershave increased steadily, so the researches have more rapidly. Also the academic workshave improved. Therefore, the changes in this way should be supported.Although the related Korean government and academician are more focus on theoverseas Chinese in Korea but in the Korean’s eyes, they still remain to be theforeigners or outsiders, especially in a close society and the strong Koreannationalism. So it could be very difficult for overseas Chinese. Korean society treatsthe overseas Chinese by economic policy, different political, and the neglect of socialand education policy which make overseas Chinese have settled up quietly. Asmentioned above, with the globalization and the variety of Korean society make theunderstanding of overseas Chinese and policies more flexible and more open. Koreansociety has increased to pay attention to the overseas Chinese, so the policies are moresettle up. Overseas Chinese will be less accepts their Chinese identity. On the otherhand, if Korean are increasingly accepted them, thus Korean identity willdecrease. Overseas Chinese are living with this change for long time and still be likethis until now, but many young of overseas Chinese can accept and adapt it quickly.The writer is more interested in the acceptance of changing of the OverseasChinese in Korea. Their acceptance comes from external factors such as policies ofKorea and Taiwan at that time, the situation changing in the international, and etc. Ifwe talk about the overseas Chinese in Korea, the giving their education in Korea isrequires the allowance of Chinese government. But the education for overseasChinese can not avoid from changing the identity. This research uses the historical changes to divide the era of education changing for overseas Chinese which help toaccess and change the environment of overseas Chinese by making the understandand remembering that how they change the education. Then we will focus deeply tothe current problem.From this research, it can predict that new era of overseas Chinese will buildawareness automatically. This will affect to overseas Chinese society, more or less.Finally, the writer would like to say that we should pay attention to the changes ofacceptance for the Overseas Chinese in Korea. We’ll concern on how to deal with theeducation changing of overseas Chinese. Moreover, how the Korean society managewith these changes.
