As modern people, they should have not only rich knowledge, but most importantly the ability to acquire new knowledge quickly, it means how to learn. And the modern students should get the harmonious development with individuals, nature and society, so in-school education should concern about the personal development, the emotional experience and the relationship with society and nature of the students. Since the present teaching model of mathematics mostly adopts imparting knowledge of purely logical system, the students have to receive the knowledge passively with less autonomy and opportunity to explore, exchange and cooperate, and they have little interest in the study without initiative. Only with exploring and discovering knowledge initiatively and experiencing the development process of knowledge, the students can study significantly and deepen understanding and constructing knowledge. The article advocates the mode to generate personalized knowledge by changing the learning model of the students, and advocates the learning model of "autonomy, exploration and cooperation"The new math textbooks bright fresh air for our basic education. The students are induced to understand the basic math materials, clues and contents initiatively by asking questions. But the new textbook adopts the mixed way of multiple knowledge, fragments the knowledge system artificially, makes the knowledge structure messy, and causes the troubles for the students to learn. By the way of spiral uplift of knowledge, less parts of knowledge in various fields are learned by students in each semester, which can’t form the complete knowledge system. Also, the questions in the textbooks are too simple without challenge for the students to face the exam The students can not solve the exam problems after they master the textbook. So, the teachers have to add the other contents and questions in order to reach the standard, which increases the difficulty for both teaching and learning.Adopting the methods of literature studying, experience summing up and case analyzing, and using the theories of cognition-discovery, recent developing zone, constructivist and humanistic, the article seeks support points and determines the principles of class division, target decision, guiding mode, subjectivity and activity to prepare the teaching program. The article studies the teaching program preparing policy. Based on the teaching requirement and the students situation, the article determines the configuration of the teaching program clearly, studies the specific problems in each link of preparing the teaching program, and seeks a scientific, reasonable and practical program to guide the students and improve the teaching effectiveness in favor of integrated development of the students. The main content of this article is as follows:The first chapter points out the article is to meet the requirement of the social development, the textbook reform and the teaching practice, introduces the present situation of teaching program research and determines the objective, significance and content of its study.The second chapter is the overview of the teaching program preparation, which introduces the concept and the theoretical basis of the program.The third chapter introduces the characteristics and principles of the program preparation.The fourth Chapter introduces the design and policy for every link in the program preparation. And taking the new lesson and review lesson as example, the overall design of the program preparation is analyzed.The fifth Chapter makes summary for the program preparation including organization method, use method and actual effects.The program preparation promotes me strengthen the theoretical study, dive into the teaching materials, collect data, summarize and self-exam teaching seriously. I have sorted out and improved six teaching materials "Math Teaching Program of Junior Middle School". My research project---The tactics study of math teaching program preparation of junior middle school has become the School-level and District-level research project, which has been selected as the second prize of the Outstanding Research. I classified the information what I used when I wrote the Teaching Program, and wrote numerous papers about Composition and Application of Teaching Program, such as "Collection and Analysis of Erroprone Questions","Variant Exercise of Group Questions","Learning by analogy, Learning to learn", and so on. Some of them get the first or second prize in the City-level or District-level.
