| Early childhood is the key period in their development, preschool education especiallyis the beginning of school education and lifelong education. Therefore, early childhoodeducation lays a good foundation for children’s recent and lifelong development. Scientificexercise can promote the infant’s intelligence and the development of the children’sintelligence factors. The child body-building exercise is the main form of physical exercise,is an effective measure of helping children do exercise and enhance physique. But thecurrent child body-building exercise too much consider the dance forms, ignore the realvalue of exercise, thus weakening the quality of child body-building exercise, caused thephysical inactivity, and failed to give full play to the exercise value. This paper proceed thechildren’s age characteristics, suitable exercise intensity and children’s interest in sports,creating a set of child body-building exercise for children, and doing experiments to testthe training effect.This study rated the children of Taiyue kindergarten in Beijing as research object,according to the designed course and put children into an eight weeks experiment(5timesper week).Test the children’s heart rate and energy consumption in the process of themovement of the original and the new child body-building exercise.The experimental results show that:(1) through expert surveys and evaluation, thenew child body-building exercise in this paper have been assessed as scientific reasonable,features prominent, appropriate difficulty and specific aim.(2) In the new exercisechildren’s average heart rate remain at120/min-140/min, in appropriate range of load,and heart rate curve changes remarkably. When the original exercise in practice, averageheart rate keeps at100-120/min, the curve not change significantly, and movement underloading. Different gender group and age groups, in practice the new children’s energyconsumption increased markedly than the original. It illustrate the new child body-buildingexercise not only in a suitable intensity range, but also follows the human physiologicalfunction activities changing discipline, but more valuable than the original childbody-building exercise. |
