A case study is a case of concrete examples to explain some phenomenontheory and point of view, from the case of acquired knowledge and strategy, canverify “atreatment” or counseling strategy is feasible and valid, to obtain contextspecific educational experience, and to improve education decision-making andaction ability, update knowledge structure. Through the case study can be detaileddescription of individual characteristics, only in the case of comprehensive study andunderstanding of the basis, in order to put forward corresponding measures, in orderto teach students in accordance with their aptitude. A case study has certainlimitation, but has certain representative, to the individual development hasimportant significance.This thesis mainly adopts the methods of literature, observation method,questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, tothe “Gansu Second College Students Games men’s volleyball match” as a case, theteams of the techniques and tactics for system analysis, combined with the GansuProvince ordinary university volleyball class the teaching condition, to discover theordinary university volleyball competition tactics of the existence of the problem,and the cause analysis. In order to promote the Gansu Province ordinary universitysports volleyball option class teaching development and provide the reference. Theresults show that:(1) Volleyball elective course teaching content arrangement the irrationality ofvolleyball technique and tactics and effects of application. Gansu Province ordinaryuniversity almost no school net setter included in the syllabus, the net setter teachingcontents lack, cause competition setter technique application effect is not ideal, eachgame is in place as high as33.4percent; most schools on blocking technique teachingof neglect, led to a successful block per game in super but4times, use effect is notideal; Gansu Jiaotong University School of five receiving stations to post content toignore, caused the match in five receiving stations with lower success rates, ratesfor21.2percent;20.2percent for error rate, error rate and the rates are almost equal.(2) The traditional teaching method in the volleyball game effect technologyapplication effect, the lamination teaching method application of technology has a significant role. Lanzhou University, Lanzhou University of Technology teachingsyllabus design foundation and improve class classes, in the technical and tacticalapplication, relative to other schools better. Make the students in volleyball match better use tactics.(2) Teachers should be in the traditional teaching method on the basis of someimprovement, targeted use of some teaching methods. Such as: hierarchical teachingmethod, and can satisfy the requirement of the students of different levels, withdifferent emphasis, to improve the class focuses on antagonizing conditionstechniques and tactics, training students’ tactics consciousness and improve thecompetition ability of competition law.(3) Teaching hours should be on tactics and play the appropriate arrangement ofsome, the tactics to the game, so that students flexibility in the use of.
