With the development of information technology, revolution in the field ofeducation has occurred, and the technology has enhanced the concepts, models andmethods of education. As we all know, information technology has already movedinto the higher education, and become an indicator to the overall informationization inChina. Since the beginning of this century, the popularization of computers andinternet has made the application of digital campus possible in middle schools, whichis a big step in the development of informationization in our country.In the thesis, six middle schools in Lanzhou are selected as the objects of study.By studying other theses, the originality, definition, features and function of thedigital campus are introduced and the system of it is also analyzed; by doing the thequestionnaire survey and field researches, the infrastructure, resources and staffconstruction, school management and application of the digital campus are studied, inorder to present an objective and overall situation in digital campus building inLanzhou nowadays, and then give some suggestions to solve these existing problems.Last but not the least, some suggestions are also provided by the present author fromthe perspectives of the sustainability, hardware and software building as well asstaff-training for the digital campus building in lanzhou.The present author hopes that this thesis could be helpful for the later researchersfor their own studies in the digital campus building in other areas, and that this thesiscould also give advice to the education department and middle schools in Lanzhou indigital campus building. |
