Universiade Men’s Basketball Group B In The Second Session Of Gansu Province, Team Offensive And Defensive Capabilities

Basketball is a very popular competitive sports. After one hundred yearsof evolution and development, its technical and tactical already showing ahigh skills, strong tacit confrontation and cooperation. Attack and defensecapacity has become the internal dynamics to promote the developmentof basketball. The mutual relations between the attack and defense is notonly reflected in the game the same arena must be embodied in a fullrange of team psychological, technical and tactical confrontation. Withthe continuous improvement of basketball technical and tactical of thephysical fitness of athletes, offensive and defensive capabilities areconstantly put forward new demands. Basketball training to improve theoffensive and defensive ability to find effective breakthrough point is acritical factor in improving the overall level.In this paper, the team’s offensive and defensive capabilities of theUniversiade Men’s Basketball Group B, the second session of GansuProvince as the research object. The use of literature, the game ofstatistical observation, recording, mathematical statistics methods, acomprehensive analysis of the second session of Gansu ProvinceUniversiade men’s basketball B team offensive and defensive ability level,the results obtained:(1) of this Universiade men’s basketball B team’s offensive and defensiveability, but still a lot of problems, and averaging lower scores; unevenstrength of each team; uneven technical level; lack of matchexperience; playersawareness of the lack of competition; each teamlacks offensive guard; inside scoring ability is not strong; offensiveefficiency is low; basic skills is not solid; with enough understandingbetween teammates.(2) low shooting percentage, especially the strong against the nexttwo-point shot and three-point shooting low, two-point shot hit rate of41.7%,24.8%of the three-point shooting; fast break less, the successrate is not high; an average of only5.2assists per game, assists awareness of the team is not strong, with no understanding, vision isnot enough open.(3) the team Rebound show a positive attitude, but the poor judgment ofthe block and ball; cover awareness of the lack of judgment is notaccurate, averaging only1.8times cap; defense and moredefense-based, the audience or less zone press; the lack ofdouble-team awareness; consciousness is not strong defensive move.(4) offensive and defensive mistakes in the game too much, especiallydribble more mistakes, which will affect the outcome of the game to acertain extent; pass enough hidden and obvious intent, it is easy to beblown by the opposition.(5) can be seen from the game, peacetime training does not focus ontechnical details, walking more; personal breakthrough in the ability toscore is weak, highlighting the personal level of technology isimperfect; poor point guard attack, did not attract each other’sdefensive attentionforce.(6) coaches tactical intentions is not enough to understand, and implementthe process of implementation is too cautious, afraid of mistakes,resulting in the changes can not be flexible and use a variety of tactics.
