| With the full implementation of the new curriculum, the concept puts forwardnewer and higher demands of classroom teaching. Classroom management, animportant guarantee to promote teaching quality and the overall development ofstudents, is an essential part of the classroom teaching. It requires that teachers shouldhave a new understanding of classroom management to adapt to the need of teachingreform in the new situation. This study analyzes classroom management in the currentsituation。 In this study, under the classroom management theory and the newcurriculum concept requirements,the author put forward a series of strategies forsolving problems such as teacher-student unfair relationships, inadequatecommunication between teachers and students, lack of teachers’ classroommanagement ability and objective, impartial and comprehensive manner in teachers’evaluations of students,etc. The strategies will improve classroom management effect,make classroom more aim at students’ potential mining, quality training andpersonality shaping. With more concern for students’ life, emotional and dignity,classroom will be full of kindness and vitality. |
