The new curriculum reform have implemented in high school in Hebei province since more than two years.The majority of secondary school teachers have undergone a profound transformation in the aspects of educational philosophy,teaching methods along with curriculum evaluation,and it is a brand new consideration for teacher development.Jingxing county is located in the mountainous area,whose overall level of the basic education is low. And the reason is many sided. I am a young teacher who come from this place and back to. Facing the situation of the new curriculum,I generatd a lot of thinking.Based on the chemical subject,the topic conducted a survey on the current situation of the high school chemistry education in Jingxing county.The main contents include:if the chemistry teachers’level of knowledge,educational philosophy,teaching skills can meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform or not;Whether it is reasonable that the school education resource allocation,and it can meet the standards of the new curriculum reform.Whether it is perfect that the teachers’ training management system.All of these will be the main issues in this paper.Around the problems above,the paper researches the situation and analyzes the reasons that the senior school chemistry education is backward in Jingxing county in the western mountainous area of Shijiazhuang.On the basis of above analysis,the paper summaries strategies to improve the senior school chemistry education in Jingxing county.The article is divided into five parts.
