But due to variousreasons, secondary vocational education in the aspect of school system, operation mechanismand management mode, fell into low point, showing enrollment difficulties, the teacher isweak, poor conditions, etc.Secondary vocational education has seriously lagged behind in social and economicdevelopment. Since the implementation of the People’s Republic of China VocationalEducation Act,National Vocational Education Conference convened,Ministry of Educationactively explore new approaches and new models, new system adapting to the development ofvocational education, especially the rural vocational education. Vocational education in recentdecades has seen significant development. But by impact of traditional values, Vocationaleducation is still flouted. Parents prefer to spend money to help children go to ordinaryschools also do not want to go to vocational school. Some local governments are one-sidedpursuit of enrollment rate. Local vocational schools have to attract students by Counterparts. The direction of running of the vocational schools started to deviate from the employmentprinciple. Professional settings of secondary vocational schools are for the purpose ofescaping from rural areas. Due to the lack of funding, the majority of rural vocational schoolslacked the necessary training equipment and training base. Students do not even haveopportunities to practice. Countries have been encouraging the industry, companies involvedin the construction of vocational schools. For scholars statistics also show that technical talentgap in the market is fairly large. However, due to the various stakeholders in the pursuit ofmaximization of self-interest, school-enterprise cooperation mode is immature. Employmentis a way out of the development of vocational schools. The students who have good jobs livesign of the vocational school enrollment. Students’ difficulties in finding jobs directly affectthe number of vocational school enrollment. Reduction in the number of admissions makesthe career school hard to survive. This vicious cycle is a big problem for today’s ruralvocational education needed to be resolved.I hope that through this in the x-Province A, B, two schools of research, we canrecognize the plight of the school of Vocational Education Center. So that we can contribute tothe development of the vocational school a little strength.
