Martial Arts In Sustainable Development Of Colleges And Universities In Anhui Province

Sanda is the essence of Chinese martial arts and also an important part of Chinese martial arts, Sanda is very popular among college students by its unique characteristics of the movement. Therefore, in the province universal promotion of Wushu, Sanda can not only enhance the physical fitness of college students, tenacious and positive spirit, and to inherit and carry forward the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and to improve the sustainable development, Sanda has very important meaning. In this paper, by the questionnaire, mathematical statistics, expert interviews, literature study randomly selected870of the province in southern Anhui, middlle Anhui and northern Anhui, we conducted a survey analysis and researcha for total of20college students and43Sanda teachers and obtained the following conclusions:(1) Martial Arts in colleges and universities in Anhui Province has carried out not to be optimistic.College is more lag and can not meet the needs of our students. Anhui Province, all colleges and universities set up the Sanda incremental slower. Martial Arts in the university’s cultural propaganda and enough popularity is not high. Positive publicity,effective guidance,and deepening the development are important guarantee of the College Sanda stability and sustainability;(2) The school leaders didn’t pay more attention and supports on Sanda.They should increase funding expense and creat more better circusmstance and condition for Sanda project to provide great and sustainable economic basement forour colleges and universities;(3) Anhui College Wushu Martial teachers and students reflect that the space, equipment and other hardware for class and other serious lack of supporting facilities are the main cause for not being high-qualified completion of Sanda teaching;(4) Anhui Province College Wushu Martial is imbalanced of male and female teachers, female teachers less than normal, can not be good to stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning Wushu Sanda. A reasonable age structure and education level is a good trend, and can basically meet the needs of contemporary college students.Young teachers titles are not well, work experience and professional training in poor condition, the teachers are not enthusiastic about teaching high, the power of relatively young teachers research activities;(5) Anhui Province College Wushu Martial teaching content is not comprehensive enough and coaching ability is poor, mainly reflected in: the student are not satisfied with the teaching effects and the proportion of actual practice in the practical lesson is low.(6) Teachers in school that the momentum is too monotonous and boring. Classroom atmosphere often seem inactive and dull.Teaching methods and single backward can’t meet the needs of students, and mobilize the students to the study of Martial Arts;(7) The Wushu Martial training and exchanging infrmation of College teachers in Anhui Province is not enough. Usually they can not grasp the contemporary and continuously updated advanced teaching methods and technical expertise;(8) Because of the lack of organization and guidance of college students’extracurricular exercise from professional teachers, it can not form a good learning atmosphere in Martial Arts in Anhui Province;(9) We are worried about Martial Arts competitions carried out during Anhui Colleges and universities,only a few schools spontaneously organize some communicating game. But poor guarantee for the safety of students is not conducive to the development of Martial Arts in College in Anhui Province.To slolve the current situations, my suggestions are as below:(1) Focus on publicity of Wushu Sanda cultural role;(2) Fight for the attention of the leadership to improve the financial input of the Sanshou;(3) Improve equipments and facilities of Martial Arts in Anhui Colleges;(4) Bring in female Martial Arts teachers to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning;(5) To enhance coaching ability of Sanshou teachers;(6) Improve the ambiton and the value of life of teachers;(7) Strengthen teacher of Martial Arts in professional training and improve the overall ability of teachers;(8) Focus on students’ extracurricular exercise, and actively develop Sanda movement;(9) Set up the competition incentives for Students who love Wushu Sandau.
