The Study On The Cooperation Between The Secondary Vocational School And Enterprises

The purpose of the secondary vocational education is to cultivate practical talents in the fields of production service> technology and management. The kernel problem is that the skilled talents should meet the needs of markets and employment. It is not enough to depend on the traditional school-running mode. In order to develop vocational schools, various channels to run the school should be used.Since2002, the employment rate in the secondary vocational schools is much higher than the college students’employment rate. It is above90%, which will greatly benefit secondary vocational education, but we should not be blindly optimistic. During the process from the planned economy to the market economy in China, how to deal with the secondary vocational education? In the labor market, how will the vocational school graduates and enterprises make their own choices? What are the main factors which can affect the graduates’employment? At present, whether the measures of the secondary vocational education can promote the graduates’employment or not? In order to solve the problems, many researches have been made. The cooperation between school and enterprises is the basic way of being recognized.In2002, the Ministry of education advance the new theories:"For the purpose of service, take the employment as the guidance" and "School-enterprise cooperation, combining learning with working". In 2005," The decision to develop the vocational education by the State Council " put forward clearly:"Promoting the combination of work and study, the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation."Since2005, in order to make the school-enterprise cooperation wok well, we have made researches on integrate theory and practice exploration, one of the important problems is to study how to improve the mechanism of the cooperation between the vocational school and enterprises.In August,2011,the project construction of demonstration vocational school begun. In the syllabus of the projection construction, the cooperation between the vocational school and enterprises is required.By using action research method, the author shows lots of examples about the cooperation between school and enterprises. Many theories have been used in it.The main contents of this paper:First:A study of the state of the job market and an analysis of the motivation about the cooperation between the vocational school and enterprises.Second:The mode of the cooperation between the vocational school and enterprises in Changsha Finance and Economic School.Third:Enlightenment:The system innovation is needed during the cooperation between the vocational school and enterprisesBy studying cases in Changsha Finance and Economic School, analyzing the problems exist in the cooperation between the vocational school and enterprises, and exploring the corresponding countermeasures. the author attempts to give some reference on how to develop the vocational education well. The paper is instructive for the secondary vocational education of our country.
