At this stage of the new generation of females as a generation of female students at the University, is a special type of group, are at a later stage of physical development and personality development, critical period of world Outlook formation. Compared with the College boys, girls in the growth and development will face more difficulties and obstacles on the road. In addition they were under the influence of various emotions, with some degree of reduced exercise capacity. Purpose this article was targeted by observation of female college students physical self-esteem under medium-intensity aerobics exercises throughout the process of change, select Yangzhou University first-year non-sports major girl students’90for the study, using experimental teaching method and research on questionnaire investigation of medium strength effect of aerobics for female college students’self-esteem. Questionnaire was Xu Xia, Yao Jiaxin (2001) according to Fox PSPP revision of the scale of the body-esteem scale for college students in China, high reliability and validity. All the data using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis.Main findings:1, moderate intensity aerobic exercise is to the body of the low self-esteem of women college students have a significant role in regulating, through medium-intensity aerobics exercises, body self-esteem has been a general increase in the level of the female college students.2, moderate strength, aerobic exercise interventions by6weeks and12weeks, was tried on five dimensions of self-esteem of the body changes with varying degrees of difference, which self-esteem, health and physical appeal of3-dimensional changes significantly, and aerobics itself related to the characteristics of the project.3, compared with table tennis, medium-intensity aerobics are effective means of improving female College body-esteem. Moderate intensity aerobic exercise of female students than for table tennis a regular practice of female college students have higher levels of body-esteem. In the case of female college students’self-esteem, long-term training time more effective than time of short duration exercise to improve physical self-esteem of subjects were the levels of a dimension.4, with the extended duration of moderate intensity aerobic exercise, group of6weeks and12weeks compared to the group, more pronounced impact on the body-esteem the dimension,12-week body-esteem after the dimensions are basically achieved very significant differences.5, in the pursuit of health and happiness in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities, good teaching mode and the means are very important. Moderate-intensity aerobics on female physical self-esteem of college students have a significant effect indicates the scientific and reasonable aerobics can be used as important tools to enhance students’awareness in colleges and universities. Also provides a theoretical basis for current college students psychological education practice and reference.6, continue to participate in the aerobics exercises of female college students have a high body-esteem level, this conclusion on the realization of the objectives of the College physical education and health education has a great inspiration, promoting their social development, so as to obtain a comprehensive health effects.
