Youth Olympic Games is a new sport event which established by the International Committee especially for the worldwide14-18teenagers (born in1996-2000), combining sports, educational and cultural fields,etc. And it will plays an irreplaceable role catalyst of promoting the common development of these areas and the Olympic Games. As a new sports event, it is no longer making "faster, higher and stronger" as the slogan, but attaching more importance to" participation, communication and development". It gives the excellent adolescent players a stage to show their athletic ability, keeps them in the competition from their peers to mine their potential, fosters their self-confidence, moreover, lets them establish correct concept of victory or defeat,lets the success and setbacks become the wealth of their sport career and lets them learn to understand the essence of sports and to enjoy the joy of sports in the process. Youth Olympic Games is the second International sport program after the modern Olympic Games. We need to clear:YOG is the integral part of the Olympics, but just as Jack-Rogge said:" Youth Olympic Games is not a traditional Olympic version, hosting of the Youth Olympic Games is not intend to create a similar Mini Olympic Games, it is not the whole meaning of sport competition,but to provide a chance to feel the Olympic spirit for the youth through the sports education."The creation of the Youth Olympic Games, showing that the modern Olympic movement leaders has highly prospective and the sense of responsibility.Indeed, as the "newborn" of the Olympic family, Youth Olympic Games is shouldering the Olympic ideal of its parent’s100years dream, and bearing the sacred mission of protecting the Olympic ideal and promoting it to a broader field of human society. Through the prospective study and reflection characteristics of theory, based on China local actual, this paper try to provide the necessary strategic basis for the further development of our country and provide Chinese template for the world youth development, so as to achieve using international vision and sounding Chinese voice.According to the needs, this paper mainly by using the methods of literature, logical analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and other methods launched research.
