Since the reform and opening up, the status of women has increased. In theeighteen National People’s Congress report, gender equality as a basic nationalpolicy is written. However, the serious problem of employment in the genderdiscrimination because of the imperfections of the labor market in China. Notonly tied the all—round development of women, and limit the effective use ofsociety’s human resources. Therefore, a comprehensive study of the employmentgender discrimination system is very necessary.Proceed from the overall perspective, the Chinese employment genderdiscrimination as the research object, the integrated use of literature review,historical and empirical analysis of the phenomenon of Employment genderdiscrimination, resulting in a negative impact, causes and solution carried outthe analysis of the system. It is mainly divided into three parts.The first part: The employment gender discrimination performance andnegative impact. It mainly discussed gender discrimination which caused gendersegregation phenomenon, special requirements of women phenomenon,professional treatment differences highlight phenomenon as well as the lawfulrights and interests can not be protected, while the performance analysis of theemployment gender discrimination problems, eventually found the negativeimpact on the social and family.The second part: Gender differences in the causes of treatment inemployment. From the five aspects of historical factors, the political factors,economic factors, social factors, as well as their own factors explain,system,comprehensive of digging out the root cause of the employmentgender differential treatment,while to lay a solid foundation for back to solvethis problem.The last part: The basic countermeasures to solve the employment genderdifferential treatment. Promote female employment countermeasures after use foreign reasonable, from change their thinking, improve laws and regulations,expand female employment platform, and improve the comprehensive ability offemale employment in four aspects, put forward suggestions to solve Chineseemployment gender discrimination issues.
