The advanced enterprise training of developed countries is a great available approachwhich promotes the enterprise competitive power and rate of economic development.Meanwhile, its prosperous experience can provide a salutary lesson for the development ofhigher vocational education in China energetically. The thesis select American, Germany andJapan’s enterprise training as research sample, giving some suggestions for our highervocational education reform based on collates evolution and summarizes characteristics.The whole thesis consists of three parts, they are: introduction, main part and conclusion.The introduction lays out the background of research, the core concept definition, the basicissues of aim and meaning, literature review, research structure and frame.The main part includes three sections:The first section approaches the evolution of enterprise training of American, Germanyand Japan, it puts up three stages, and they are: rudimentary stage (before World War II),commitment stage (after World War II to1970s) and prosperity stage (1980s-).The second section summarizes the main characteristic of enterprise training ofAmerican, Germany and Japan, they are6characteristics: explicit training aim; multilayeredtraining object; applied training content; multiple training method; unique training culture;sufficient training funds.The third section analyses the current situation of higher vocational educationdevelopment and reform in China from new challenge, new opportunity and new problem.The thesis puts forward6aspects enlightenments to our higher vocational education, throughdraw lessons from prosperous experience of enterprise training of American, Germany andJapan, including” educational aim, educational object, curriculum content, educationalmethod, culture construction, and a multiway investment mechanism”.The last part is conclusion which summarizes and reaffirms the author’s standpoint.
