Chongqing Red Resources In The Role Of College Students' Ideal Faith Education Research

College students are precious national human resources. They are the hope of the nation and the future of our motherland. Their ideal faith situations, and whether they can become qualified builders and reliable successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics determine the future of our Party and long-term national stability, and they also decide the realization of the grand goal, i.e. comprehensive construction of an affluent society and the great revival of the Chinese nation. The CPC central committee and the state council issued the Opinion on further strengthening and improving university students’thought and political education, which pointed out that the task of strengthening and improving college students’ ideological and political education should make "ideality and faith education as the core","carry out the history education of the Chinese revolution construction and the reform and open policy","impart a correct understanding of the law of social development to college students, as well as their social responsibility and the density of our country, and establish the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation common ideals and firm beliefs under the leadership of the communist party." As the builders and successors of the socialist cause, contemporary college students must have high ideals and firm beliefs. Therefore, the ideal and belief education for college students is very important and urgent. How to make ideal and belief education more pertinent and effective needs our careful analysis, research and solution.Chongqing’s Red resources are the witness of history, and the inheritance and development of the spirit of the Chinese nation, and also the concentration of fine tradition and revolutionary spirit of the party. With the fast development of various aspects such as politics, economy and culture, how to give full play to the advantages of Chongqing’s Red resources, and actively explore the new content, new method and new ways of the college students’ ideological and political education bear important theoretical and practical vales in guiding students to set up the scientific ideal faith, to consolidate the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the common ideal and the lofty ideal of communism, and to improve the quality of personnel training.Based on the college students’ practical ideology, begun with clarifying the concepts of ideal faith education and Red resources, this paper analyzes the basic requirements of using Chongqing Red resources to enhance students’ ideal and belief education and explore the establishing of stable education base and the specific path of improving the corresponding guarantee mechanism through revealing the effects of Chongqing Red resources on college students’ ideal and belief education process in leading education direction, enriching education content and expanding way of education. This paper is mainly divided into three chapters:Chapter one:the relevant concepts and the important significance of the role of Chongqing Red resources played in college students’ ideal and belief education. This chapter first defines the concept of Chongqing Red resources and college students’ ideal and belief education; meanwhile illustrates the significance of using Chongqing Red resources to enhance students’ ideal and belief education through the elaboration of the meaning of college students’ ideal and belief education from the aboriginality、practicality and method innovation.Chapter two:The embodiment of the function of Chongqing Red resources in college students’ ideal and belief education. This chapter elaborates the unique function Chongqing Red resources in college students’ ideal and belief education mainly from the perspective of education direction, education content, education methods and educating students to success.Chapter three:the general requirements of giving full play to the role of Chongqing Red resources in college students’ ideal and belief education. Based on college students’ ideological reality, this chapter put forward three basic principles:combination of history and reality, specification with systematicness, and mode diversification with content integrity. We should establish a perfect and stable Chongqing Red resources education base, and improve the organization team funds and safeguard mechanism, so as to give full play to the vital function of Chongqing Red resources in promoting college students’ ideal and belief education.
