The talents especially high-level scientific and technological personnel havebecome a key element of national competitiveness in today’s high-tech rapiddevelopment world. The personnel with superb academic achievements or overseashigh-level scientific and technological personnel master the core technology is theimportant strategic resource to improve the regional knowledge structure and forinnovation-oriented country in China. We need to introduce overseas high-leveltalents in order to enhance national actual strength of science and technology andpromote the sustained and rapid economic development. The difficulty is to set the jobreasonable, and the key point is to finish the Post-measurement scientifically. In thispaper, we use the theory of co-citation analysis and cluster analysis to identifyweakness and lack of knowledge nodes with intuitive CiteSpaceII informationvisualization software. And we complete the posts-measurement for the introductionof overseas high-level scientific and technological talents.We research the robotics industry which made a key role in promoting thecountry’s economic development based on the data download from Web of Sciencedatabase at the American Science Information Institute (Institute for ScientificInformation, ISI). Drawing and analyzing the relationship between the internationaland the Shandong Province on the robotics institute map, the knowledge map andkeyword co-occurrence map. Determine the weakness and lack of knowledge nodesare the medical surgical robot, coordinated control of robots, the robots used inindustrial manufacturing applications, artificial intelligence in Shandong Provincerobotics research. And find key positions for the Shandong Province in the roboticsindustry are the application of robots in industrial manufacturing, robots runningcoordinate control.This paper provides visualization methods and a scientific method for overseashigh-level talents job identification and Post-measurement. It has the innovation andpractice application value. By introduced the tool of the Knowledge Map we can combine the workflow, built the methodology of the positions measured in theintroduction of overseas high-level scientific and technological talents. |
