Innovation Research On The Cooperation Mode Between Higher Vocational Colleges And Enterprises

Developing the vocational education is necessary for China to promote the development of our economy and carry out the strategy of revitalizing China through science and education. In the past20years, the higher vocational education is growing vigorously because the government has been attaching great importance to it and has launched some related policies. But the expansion of the size made the colleges have to face the lack of education resources. In order to cultivate high quality and high skills talents, seeking for solutions from College-Enterprise Cooperation has been a strategic selection of all the vocational colleges.However, most of higher vocational colleges are built on the basis of the technical schools, they are lack of funds and teachers lack of research capacity. In addition, the government didn’t implement some relevant policies; enterprises are only interested in short-term economic profits. All these problems resulted in the low level of the College-Enterprise Cooperation (CEC). So, how to innovate the mode of CEC to deepen the integration of their cooperation and to achieve a win-win situation, have been the difficulties to the higher vocational colleges.The essay investigated the situation of Chinese CEC on the basis of the theory learning with some questionnaires and interviewing, discussed the necessities of innovating the CEC mode and put forward some advice on it. The writer also analyzed some key factors which influence the CEC effect, described and analyzed the Government-College-Enterprise Cooperation (GCEC) of Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic with examples. Finally, the essay made a conclusion.After the abundant theory studies and empirical researches, the author summarized and refined the advantages of the GCEC Mode, which is characterized by the "four-cooperation". The purposes of the essay are:first, to spread the Innovative Mode, second, to help the higher vocational colleges to increase their charm and attract enterprises to participate the cooperation under the guidance of the government policies, and at last to build a long-term CEC mechanism.
