The Research On Current Situation Of The University Student Participating In The Democratic Management Of Colleges And Universities

The students’participation in management is the process of democratization of higher education and is also the direction of the university internal management system, at the same time is an important manifestation of the "people-oriented" educational philosophy.This study attempts to explore students’ participation in management theories as well as the feasibility of summary of foreign college students to participate in the experience of the management, and then using a questionnaire and interviews found that Student Involvement in the presence of democratic management of colleges.Finally, it puts forward the college students Suggestions to participate in the democratic management.The study is divided into five main sections:The first part is mainly literature and research background.Access to the study of domestic and foreign scholars of management students to participate,found that college students to participate in outside management has a long history, and has matured,our universities are placing increasing emphasis on the students to participate in the management and achieved a certain effect.Scholars for students to participate in the management of the research mainly including involvement in history, participate in content, participation way, students to participate in the limitations and so on.The second part is mainly to clear the concept of the students to participate in the management,to seek for the students to participate in the management of the theoretical basis and the realization of basis, for follow-up study lays a theoretical foundation.The third part is the Survey and Analysis of College Students is to participate in democratic management.Research mainly from the participation attitude, participate in content, participate avenue,participate in link and influence factors five point of view of the present situation to carry on the investigation analysis.Research found that main problems existing in the legal norms imperfect, lack of participation environment;Operation mechanism is not sound, management link unbalance; Participate in content is limited, level is not high, Participate in poor effect, become a mere formality.The fourth part mainly is the overseas university students to participate in the management experience revelation.This study focuses on selected college students in the United States, France, as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan to participate in the management of advanced experience, has played an important inspiration for the study of student participation in management.The fifth part mainly puts forward the students to participate in the management of the concrete implementation measures. Specific include students to participate in the management principle:the independent participation, democratic participation, authority moderately, incentive to participate in. The paper brings forward university students to participate in the democratic management of the specific counter measures to build up the students to participate in the management of the legal system, perfect the students to participate in the management of the operational mechanism, improve the students to participate in the management of the consciousness and ability, and change management concepts, improve participation effect.
