Since2001the basic education curriculum reform has been implemented, the concept of the new curriculum in primary school mathematics development has played a leading and promoting role. The2011edition of compulsory education curriculum standards promulgated, will the new curriculum reform to new level.In the context of primary school mathematics curriculum and teaching research will gradually and subtle change. Ten years of reform, in the primary school mathematics classroom teaching methods has undergone tremendous changes. Public class, teaching, research and promote the new concept of network of deepening and refining, promoting teachers’professional level. And in many of the show in class, more is to give research on practice course, few buyers. Some teachers in the new lessons in the concept of the new curriculum, students active learning, and practice class is the teacher the student practice, lists of exercises, the students returned to without thinking and learning state. Practice teaching is the new curriculum reform even after becoming "cask effect" in the short piece of wood.
