In recent years, Beginning Teacher Induction Education draws ever moreattention around the world. In this study,based on the historical of the new teachers’education, bringing the cases of Wisconsin different teacher induction programmes.The aim is to implore the implementation of an effective way of Teacher InductionMentoring. Clarify that it is impotent for both novice teachers and their mentors toimprove their own process of professional developed during the act of New TeacherInduction.This paper consists of introduction and five parts:Part Ⅰ: This part combed American New Teacher Education development.Part Ⅱ: American primary and secondary beginning teachers inductionprogrammes. This section outlines the guidance of New Teachers; origin, objectives,content and the specific implementation.Part Ⅲ: This part of the main entry way of the general education-mentoringresearch.Part Ⅳ: Select six areas of Wisconsin different projects of New TeacherInduction, Present the same and differences of Mentor Selection; Mentor Incentives;Mentor Training and Support Mentoring Activities.Part Ⅴ: Analysis and Evaluation on the Beginning Teacher Induction Educationand the United States of America.
