Assessment of teaching quality is one of the important work in institutions of higherlearning, There are many factors that can affect the quality of teaching. If we only usescores of students achievement to evaluate the teaching quality of teachers, this willbe inaccurate and biased. In this report, we collect several variables which may berelated to scores of teaching quality assessment in Fushun Teaching College. We alsogive a CANOVA model to describe the relationship between the scores of teaching qualityassessment and these several variables. Some conclusions are given in the end of thisreport. |
