A Study On School Safety Management Of Shishou City

School safety is related to the stability and harmony of the society and involves hundreds of millions of families. To ensure the safety of teachers and students is the most important thing of the school, the important content and a strong guarantee to perform quality education, the inevitable requirement to implement the scientific concept of development and the base to run the education to satisfy the masses of the people.By doing a research in the school safety management of Shishou City, I found that in school safety management there are still many weak links to be further improved. These weaknesses lie in the following aspects:the system of school safety education system is not perfect,"student safety education is aimless and ineffective, the number of staff security training is too small, the design of the system is not scientific, the system of dealing with surrounding environment is imperfect, and the surrounding environment is not good, the effect of dealing with surrounding environment is not obvious. I analyzed the cause of it from the following aspects:the main people of bearing possibility, the training, safety education, and investment in safety, the department to perform their duties and administrative accountability. I put forward a series of idea and measures to strengthen and improve the school safety work of Shishou City. These measures are as follows:put the safety work in a proper position, enlarge the investment in safety management and facilities, improve school safety assessment system, make the responsibility of seeing to surrounding environment clearly, improve the surrounding environment comprehensive management of long-term mechanism, establish a practical and effective campus insurance system, improve school safety management responsibility system, establish a monitoring system, strengthen multi-level systematic school safety education and drills, establish the safety hazards investigation institutionalized mechanism, improve the scientific and technological content of school safety management, nurture school culture of safety management.
