The University Logistic Services Quality Evaluation System

Since the reform and opening up, China’s higher education has made rapid development,a number of high-quality universities established or merged and more excellent talentprovided strong backing for the construction of China’s modernization. However, UniversityLogistics Services department as an important supporting sector of the university teaching andresearch work is facing the reform to adapt to demands of social development at the level ofHigher Education. In this study, College logistics service quality evaluation as the startingpoint of the research, through normative study, theoretical analysis and practical experience,this research built a quality evaluation system of college logistics service, and applied theevaluation system for empirical research, evaluated logistics service quality of ChineseUniversities scientifically and objectively.The theoretical basis of the research depends on customer satisfaction, organizationalmanagement, and quality management theory and practical experience, the research object isthe quality of our colleges and universities logistics services, this study constructed college’slogistics service quality evaluation index system. Researcher has made a major survey on thelogistical services of the Northwest A&F University, analyzed the situation and existingproblems of colleges logistics service quality, the project aims to improve the college logisticsservice quality.
