| Fulltime professional master degree is for producing advanced professional talents, whonot only have enough theoretical knowledge but also can use the knowledge to solve practicalproblems for the society and cooperation. In2009, China’s Ministry of Education confirmedto start recruiting this kind of masters. And till now, three years passed, its cultivation plan hasstill being explored and discussed. Taking enterprise practice, as the key portion of thecultivation of fulltime professional master, should be much explored in detailed plan. Colleges,as well as the students, don’t know how to choose a practice opportunity, how long shouldone practice lasts, take what kind of job and receive what kind of direction by the enterprise’stutors can make the students easier to get success in their practice. And in this paper, theauthor has conducted an empirical research to find those answers.The author, firstly, reviewed the cultivation practice of professional master degree abroadand in home. And conclude some topical modes. Then, pin on the portion of students takingenterprise practice. Making questionnaire for the fulltime professional masters to investigatewhat factors really influence their practice result. Through conducting the reliability analysis,the validity analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and binomial logistic analysis, the authorfinds8factors can influence the students’ practice result and4of the8are critical influencingfactors. Finally, the author generates a forecast model of the successful practice for thefulltime professional masters.In the last part of the paper, the author, based on the data analysis result, proposes somestrategies for the professional masters to get a good result in the enterprise practice. And then,she puts forward some advices for the5stake holders, who are involved in the fulltimeprofessional master’s cultivation to improve their work in the future. |
