Objective:Women common disease of mammary gland hyperplasia in recent years, increasing incidence has certain carcinogenic tendency. Most scholars believe that the pathogenesis of mammary gland hyperplasia is due to the ER, PR, improves the growing number of female progestogen receptor, suggesting that sensitivity, ER, PR and the occurrence of mammary gland hyperplasia relevance. Hormone levels disorder, may cause mammary gland hyperplasia, breast, endometrial cancer and other diseases. This paper aims to study movement if you can change within the mammary gland organization hormone receptor gene expression, achieve control even improve the purpose of mammary gland hyperplasia. For treating mammary gland hyperplasia, prevent breast cancer, provides the basic theory basis for the exercise prescription of research to provide the reference.Methods:(1) build mode:take seven rats as experimental object represents. Will seven rats into blank group2only and build module4only. To build module4only experiment rats intramuscular benzoic acid estradiol0.5mg/Kg,1times/d,20consecutive days. And then convert progestin injections, muscular5mg/Kg,1times/d, continuous injection5days. Blank group daily injections saline0.2ml/only, continuous injection25days. After discontinuation of experimental rats gets only635days continue to raise.(2) exercise plan:The control group:the control group7rats conventional breeding, mould maker after don’t exercise.Group:the great physiological load of exercise group (D) daily without weight loading swimming150minutes, a continuous movement of28days. The moderate exercise group saw (E) daily without weight loading swimming90minutes, a continuous movement of28days. Little exercise group (F) daily without weight loading swimming45minutes, a continuous movement of28daysResults:After28days, the swimming training group rat breast tissue gene expression compared with controls, ER gene expression reduce very significantly (P<0.01). And for the middle and low movement with high exercise group, group compared gene expression reduce rat obvious (P<0.05), is four rats, expressed in a minimum. Medium load movement rats, as compared with control, estrogen receptor gene expression reduce significantly (P<0.01), compared with little exercise load group, medium exercise load group estrogen receptor gene expression reduce also have statistically significant extent (P<0.05), but still higher than high intensity exercise group. Low intensity exercise rats, estrogen receptor gene expression compared with control reduced significantly (P<0.01), but still above, high intensity exercise group (P<0.05).Compared with the experimental rats progesterone receptor gene expression rise very significant (P<0.01). With medium and low intensity exercise group exercise group, compared to high load of progesterone receptor gene expression was highest (P<0.05). Moderate intensity exercise rats, progesterone receptor gene expression and a significant compared with control of increased (P<0.01), and higher than low intensity exercise group, but less than high intensity exercise group. Low intensity exercise group of progesterone receptor gene expression compared with control also increased significantly (P<0.01), but with medium and high intensity exercise group compared is still low.Conclusion:(1) this shows movement on the breast tissue estrogen receptor gene expression, and can produce certain effect in mammary gland hyperplasia of mammary gland organization in rats, big sports load reduces the effect of estrogen receptor gene expression, the most obvious, therefore movement to a certain extent inhibit disease of mammary gland hyperplasia deterioration, and high intensity exercise load best effect.(2) movement on the breast tissue progesterone receptor gene expression can produce certain effect, and high intensity exercise load can significantly improve the mammary gland hyperplasia of mammary gland organization rats within progesterone receptor gene expression. Rising progesterone receptor gene expression can improve breast tissue to estrogen within progesterone antagonism of effect, make the female progesterone levels balance.
