In this study, using surface EMG athletes under two different methods of training the coremuscles of the main force for the entire monitoring and performance analysis, selected fivestudents to the school athletic department, the use of a portable8MuscleTesierME6000EMGguide them Upon completion of prescribed five and did not participate in the Swiss ball Swiss ballin action during the SEMG patterns; muscle EMG activity of the rms amplitude of the average;muscle EMG activity of the integral value; measured in the whole muscle the contribution of theaction phase. Megawin EMG analysis software will use the proceeds to analyze the dataconsolidation, data obtained in order to be able to effectively determine two kinds of trainingmethods for developing core strength of the effect of differences, to help coaches understand whattraining method is the most effective development of the core force approach, and through these tohelp coaches develop reference standards to guide the focus of athletes in training and the need toimprove the problem.Results:1. Supine top hip action for conventional practice is more favorable for the development ofthe erector spinae and gluteus maximus. Two Swiss ball exercises assisted under, more favorablefor the development of the biceps femoris and erector spinae. Swiss ball exercises better thanconventional exercises for the development of the gluteus maximus. This action is not suitable forthe development of abdominal muscles. Supine top hip action in the foot brace ball exercises state, more conducive to the development of the action core muscle strength.2. Prone support kicks three practice methods for this action of the core area of thedevelopment of muscle strength are very helpful, Regular practice with the development of thegluteus maximus is the best of the three practice methods. But from the perspective of thedevelopment of the whole, the leg press balls down the action core muscle strength developmentmore helpful.3. Side single elbow support, top hip and supine leg raise the action the auxiliary exercisesunder the Swiss ball, the effect of the development of this action core muscle strength wassignificantly superior to conventional practice.4. Prone elbows supporting action three practice methods each have advantages anddisadvantages, so regardless of the kind of exercises are conducive to the development of the corearea of muscle strength in the action.Conclusion:1. Several exercises for five kinds of actions core muscle stimulation with different results, the supine top hip action erector spinae and gluteus maximus, the prone support leg action gluteusmaximus and prone elbows support action latissimus dorsiand the biceps femoris in the core areaof the main force regular exercise muscle surface electromyography reflect more apparent.2. Swiss ball exercises for each action, especially side single elbow support, top hip andsupine leg raise core muscle stimulation effect of the action is much better than the regularpractice.3. From the overall EMG reflect the stimulus effect, the stimulation effect of the Swiss ball issuperior to conventional practice. According to the different actions change the placement of theSwiss ball, may also play a role to enhance the core area of muscle stimulation effect.
