Teaching Reform is a necessary and difficult process that needs many supportsand cooperation of other aspects. As an important task in addition to teacher’s task ofhis or her discipline, Class Management plays the role of escort to the TeachingReform. There are many theories and experience about Class Management in macroand micro aspects. They have studied nearly all aspects of this theme and haveobtained fruitful achievement.This paper has no intention to put forward universal Education Laws, but toshow how a teacher advances her Teaching Reform with the help of distinctive ClassManagement through Narrative Research Method. Different from the “Top-Down”research model, the present study tends to the combination of “Bottom-Up” and“Top-Down” model, and gives priority to the former. In this way, the researcherapproaches the educational and teaching activities of Teacher L, and listens for thevoice from her heart. Therefore, this paper seeks the situational and individualsignificance of education.On the basis of “Grounded Theory” in Qualitative Research, this paper applies toNarrative Method to describe and explore the Class Management of Teacher L in“Whole-Content” form. It includes the Construction of excellent Class Collective; theEstablishment of a harmonious relationship between teacher and students; theCoordination of every kind of education powers. In addition to show the process andthe rich experience of her Class Management, the aim of narration is conductinginterpretive understanding of the stories and significance of her Class Management;deeply excavating the firm belief that supports her behavior; feeling her personalitycharm. Through the research, we can understand the recessive personal education ideaand ask how and what did she do.As a theoretical understanding of the educational experience, narrative researchin understanding the teacher’s personal beliefs in education and personalized knowledge, has unique advantages, which are also reflected in this study. Selectingthis way to carry out the study, is not to deliberately pursue novel methods, butbecause that it remains appropriate to study the instinctive Class Management ofTeacher L.
