In recent years, There is sustainable economic development in Jinan, include with people’s rising living standards, social and economic rapid development, together with the full implementation of the national fitness program outline, There are also08Olympic Games sports and09national games successful bid, the masses of the people in the basic survival needs wants more the pursuit of multi-level, many forms of personalized sports consumption, provides a great space for development of the sports consumer market. Swimming accounted for large proportion in all of the sports consumption, At the same time, teenagers take part in swimming training are also gradually hot up. Swimming training’s consumption accounted for very important position. But swimming training is still in the immature stage in Jinan, There are defects in all aspects of the training institutions themselves, coaches quality, This makes the consumers unsatisfied with training institutions, Jinan swimming training institutions can’t fulfill a wish of students, At the same time because of the lack of consumer Jinan can’t realize the maximization of the interests of training institutions and consumers themselves.Training institutions and consumers are connected with each other. In this article, I use questionnaire investigation, literature material law, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and so on.I also study26places summer swimming training situation, according to the4p and4c theory,I analyze the present situation and problems of training institutions and consumers, study their basic present situation, understand the basic status of Jinan teenagers swimming training and analyze the deficiency and reason, put forward the corresponding Suggestions.According to the4p marketing theory and the4c marketing theory, I make up for the fault of the teenagers swimming training marketing theory, meet the needs of the consumers. At the same time, under the consumer demand diversity of the mass market, make up the marketing theory attaches great importance to the consumer orientation, competition orientation and ignore training institutions defects of the interest guide to training institutions to win consumers and have customer relationship for long time, according to two aspects of training institutions themselves and consumers of the deficiencies and defects, corresponding to the various factors in the corresponding4p and4c, put forward marketing strategies for Jinan teenagers swimming training, realize the maximization of the interests of consumers and training institutions to Jinan teenagers swimming training work for sustainable development to provide the corresponding countermeasures and methods.
