Comprehensive quality evaluation of senior middle school students is a new content of our latest elementary education reformation. And it derives from specific international background and has its own practical needs. The effect of its implement will directly influences the result of curriculum reform and quality education. Being the main body of new curriculum reform and practitioner of the new concepts, teacher plays an important role in the comprehensive evaluation. While in fact, due to the influence of various factors, teachers will encounter all sorts of problems in the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation. Facing heavy pressure and various difficulties, comprehensive quality evaluation can not work smoothly.The entry point of the study is the resistances which teachers encounter in the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation. Based on the analysis of the guiding principle, evaluation contents, evaluation meaning, this study integrates literature research, interview method, physical analysis to research the teachers’ resistance in the process of quality evaluation. The purpose of the study is to decipher what are the resistances and the causes of their formation, the countermeasures in order to promote the all-round development of high school students and new curriculum reformation.The main content of this study includes the following six parts:The first part is an introduction. It explains the origin of this study, the main concepts, its research significance, research ideas and methods, as well as some research literatures related to comprehensive evaluation and teachers’resistances.The second part introduces the guiding principles, the main contents of the evaluation, the significance and pattern of the evaluation in order to build the theory structure of the comprehensive quality evaluation.The third part studies the performance of the resistances that teachers counter in the comprehensive quality evaluation which include the deficiency of teachers’ concept and understanding, difficulties to grasp the comprehensive quality evaluation standard, difficulties in collecting real effective materials, ability insufficient and psychological obstacles and difficulties in completing role transition.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the resistances in the implementation of teachers’ comprehensive quality evaluation. There are four aspects:teachers, school, society and evaluation scheme. Reasons for teachers themselves are:teachers are emotionally lazy, lacking of professional skills, heavy burden on the teachers and conflicts of the reformation. The reasons of the school are:lacking of attention from school leaders, shorting of training, deficiency of supporting environment. The reasons for evaluation scheme itself are:the insufficiency of evaluation dimension leads to lower maneuverability, soft peg with the college entrance examination system results in the ambiguous of their status. The reasons for external environment are:the limitation of the traditional education, the fetters of the college entrance examination, the influence of social environment.The fifth part puts forward with the strategy of resolving teachers’ resistance in the comprehensive quality evaluation. Integrating with the first two parts, this part mainly analyzes the causes of the resistances and raises strategies. For teachers, they should strengthen exchanges and cooperation to create democratic and open teaching culture; enhance theoretical study and practical training, improve their professional quality; combine the evaluation of classroom teaching and evaluation, reduce the pressure; establish a reasonable interests distribution system. For school, firstly the school leaders should pay attention to establish a good example for the teachers and students. Secondly, organizing a high level training for the evaluation main body such as teachers; Meanwhile, setting all sorts of ensuring system to guarantee the smoothly working of comprehensive evaluation. In the evaluation of schemes, relevant personnels should improve evaluation index through clarifying the content of evaluation, clarify the relationship among the comprehensive quality evaluation, college entrance examination and high school level test, definite the status of the comprehensive quality evaluation. In the aspect of external environment, we must strengthen the theory study and practice to reduce the influence of traditional education; deepen the reform of college entrance examination, carry out new college entrance examination system; promulgate new scheme; establish a good social environment; promote the function of education evaluation.The sixth part is the conclusion.
