Conclusion:(1)Nowadays the Xi’an City yoga club can provide card, season card, card members,this is set up in order to attract more consumers involved, the public can according totheir own situation, choose a different way of buying, membership card. Xi’an Cityyoga club is mainly distributed in the commercial area and living area of the city, hasthe right to operate below4years, scale is small, the store or chain mode of operation,the member management system.(2)Member of Xi’an City yoga club form is relatively single, mainly to the highincome, highly educated women between20to40years old, male members of small,although the students as the main consumer groups, but will be affected by theeconomic capacity constraints, in may be a big market in the future. Relativelyspeaking, membership Yoga time is not long, the cognition of yoga is not veryaccurate, very little knowledge on theory. Along with the economic level of Xi’an citycontinues to improve, comprehensive fitness business but also to win the careerdevelopment, yoga program to seize this opportunity, from the thought to improvepeople’s living standard.(3)Because the business nature, coaches working years, qualification, working age,working time will have a certain impact on yoga club.
