The five consecutive victories of Chinese women volleyball teamwere obtained in1980s which promotes the national sports’development and progress. Women’s Volleyball World Cup whichexists in World Volleyball Championships and Olympic Games holds avery important position. What’s more, it reflects the skills and tacticslevel of global women’s volleyball team and the series level ofintegrity of each national team.In this study, the game live and video recording of12teams onWomen’s Volleyball World Cup in2011were analysed. And then theshortages and differences exist in our team and other national teamswere found through statistics and analysis on the situations ofservice,receive,smash,blocking technology and first pass spot pass.It also proposes suggestions and understanding in order to improveand firm the status in volleyball world. At the same time, it hopes thatour country and all the staffs engaged in basic education could paymuch more attention to the development of Chinese volleyball andtransmission of its culture for providing foundation and security ofselecting the backup talents on Chinese women volleyball.Each single technology and tactics of12teams in2011women volleyball world cup were analysed and stated. Through thecomparison of single technology, the contrast of service, receive,smash,blocking technology and the analysis of success rate andcontribution rate of each position, it can be concluded that which skillor tactic will show a relatively stable level and goal situations of eachteam. In the comparison of tactics, it mainly analyse the situations offirst pass spot pass, poor first pass and tactical application in counterattacking process. It shows that tactical application possess certaindifferences because of different mastery on skills or competitionexperience. And second pass use the method of local conditionswhen it adjusts tactics.
