Analysis And Countermeasure For Contemporary University Students’ Socialist Core Values Condition

University students are fresh troops and successors of the cause of socialism in China, whoseideological political quality affect the success or failure of the socialist cause. Therefore it isnecessary to strengthen the ideological political education of university students. Socialist corevalues are scientific point of value and the core value of common ideal of Chinese characteristicsocialism. Meanwhile they are the high-level overview and summary of the national spirit that withpatriotism as the core, the time spirit that with reform and opening up as the core and socialistconcept of honor and disgrace. Moreover, socialist core values have the function of regulating andguiding the thinking and behavior of our citizens, especially the young people. Then, the universityis bound to become the battle position to promote socialist core values, for it as the cradle ofcultivating high-quality talents. Strengthening the socialist core values education of universitystudents could help students establish a correct outlook of life, values and worldviews, this is thetheoretical guarantee to cultivate university spirit and build harmonious campus.Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this paper researches into the status andcharacteristic of socialist core values of contemporary university students with empirical methods tolook for relevant educational countermeasure to improve and even solve the existing problems ofideological political education in today’s universities.
