Introduction:This research through the let subjects do different angles of the knees static squatpractice with static squat in the thigh quadriceps femoris do table facial electric (surfaceElectromyography, sEMG) test, and combined with different angles under the kneespatellofemoral joint stress analysis for clinical prevention and control of patellar strainprovide the theory basis and the reference value.Methods:Select30health and no history of knee injuries of male college students, knees were30°,45°and60°of static squat practice.Through the table facial all Motion and3dMotion capture and analysis system were observed each participant’s muscle electricalparameter change characteristics and kinematics parameters variation characteristics, through the calculation analysis of the prevention and control of patellar strain bestsolution.Results:1. The vastus lateralis muscle of or so leg in quiet squat down45°and60°WheniEMG values were greater than30°had very significant difference (P﹤0.01).Shares ofor so leg rectus muscle in quiet squat down45°and60°of iEMG values were greater than30°, there are significant differences (P﹤0.05, or P﹤0.01).Shares of or so leg medialmuscle in quiet squat down45°and60°of iEMG values were greater than30°, there aresignificant differences (P﹤0.05, or P﹤0.01).2. The vastus lateralis muscle of or so leg in static squatting MPF slope of45°and30°,60°slope than there are significant differences (P﹤0.05). Shares of or so leg rectusmuscle in static squatting MPF slope of45°and30°,60°slope than there are significantdifferences (P﹤0.05). Shares of or so leg medial muscle in quiet squat down below30°,45°MPF slope have significant difference (P﹤0.05), the right leg strands of medialmuscle in quiet squat down below30°,60°MPF slopeSignificant difference (P﹤0.05).3. The vastus lateralis muscle of or so leg in quiet squat down MF slope of45°and30°,60°slope than there are significant differences (P﹤0.05). Shares of or so legrectus muscle in quiet squat down below30°to45°MF slope, there is significantdifference (P﹤0.05), left leg strands of rectus muscle in quiet squat down below30°,60°MPF slope have significant difference (P﹤0.05), the right leg strands of rectusmuscle, no significant difference. Shares of or so leg medial muscle in quiet squat down below30°,45°MPF slope have significant difference (P﹤0.05).4. In the quiet squat down at around30°leg patellofemoral joint pressure is less than45°, there is a very significant difference (P﹤0.01).In quiet squat down at about45°leg patellofemoral joint pressure is less than60°, there is a very significant difference (P﹤0.01).In the quiet squat down at around30°legPatellofemoral joint pressure is lessthan60°, there is a very significant difference (P﹤0.01).Conclusion:1.45°quiet squat down in the knees when compared to30°and60°, quadriceps atmost easily fatigue, and bend your knees45°quiet squat down the patellofemoral joint of30°pressure is greater than and less than60°.2. The use of static squat therapy, prevention and treatment of patellar strain,45°quiet squat down in the knees when can achieve good treatment effect.
