Occupational success is everyone’s career goals to pursue in his career, which plays a vital role for individual career planning, career orientation, and career choice. It doesn’t only relate to the level of individual performance, but also affects the performance of organization. To some extent, it marks the values of the whole society.This study is trying to find an influence mechanism of MBA for Occupational success based on related research of professional success and the returns to MBA learning. Confirm the MBA studying revenue model by analysis of exploratory factor, and development of preparation of the returns to MBA learning measurement scale. On the basis, explore the influence mechanism of MBA for students’ occupational success with empirical research. Through analysis of the results, understand the learning gains level of MBA students, knowledge employees’ present situation of the occupational success, and further understand the impact of the MBA for the career of students.Through a series of empirical studies, find that MBA brings students learning gains of theoretical knowledge, comprehensive ability, social capital and psychological capital. And the returns of the four levels have different degree of prediction effect for subjective occupational success and occupational success. Finally, analysis the current problems of MBA in China, and oriented the occupational success to put forward the pertinent proposals for MBA of China, unit of employ persons and MBA students.This study summarize the learning returns of MBA students through individual level, and put the returns to MBA learning as antecedent variables of occupational success to study. And there is certain innovation significance in the field of MBA studying research and occupational success.
